Chip seal or asphalt?
Two surfaces, priced for two different jobs. Pick by what you have now and what you want it to become. Not sure? Tick both and we will tell you straight.
Chip Seal

Hot asphalt binder sprayed over a graded base, then clean crushed stone spread and rolled into it. You get a tough, skid-resistant surface that ends the dust, the mud, and the washboard, at a fraction of what hot-mix asphalt costs.
- Grade and compact the base
- Spray hot asphalt binder
- Spread clean crushed stone
- Roll it tight and sweep
Good for: Gravel and dirt driveways · Private and ranch roads · Parking and equipment areas

A properly graded and compacted base, then hot-mix asphalt laid and rolled to a smooth, solid black finish with clean edges. The right call when you want the finished look, heavy traffic, or a surface that sweeps and plows clean.
- Grade so water runs off
- Build and compact the base
- Lay hot-mix asphalt
- Roll smooth and edge clean
Good for: Residential driveways · Parking lots · Private roads and commercial pads

Questions people ask
Does the $1,000 off apply to chip seal too?
Yes. It comes off any project, chip seal or asphalt paving, residential or commercial. It is taken off right on your quote.
Is the quote really free?
Yes. There is no charge for the quote and no obligation to book.
Should I choose chip seal or asphalt?
Chip seal is the budget-friendly way to turn a dusty gravel or dirt drive into a sealed surface, and it suits long private roads. Asphalt costs more and gives a smooth, finished surface for driveways, parking lots, and pads. Tell us what you have and we will tell you honestly which fits.
Do you take commercial and industrial work?
Yes. We pave and chip seal for homes, businesses, and industrial sites: parking lots, access roads, yards, and pads.
Do you work outside St. George?
We work across Washington, Iron, and Kane counties, plus Mesquite and the Arizona Strip. For larger projects we travel farther, so ask even if your town is not listed.
